In the event of the bankruptcy of a bank, the depositors are covered in accordance with the Danish Act on deposit and investor guarantee schemes. The Danish Guarantee Fund covers the deposits of an entitled depositor up to an amount equivalent to 100.000 EUR (about 750.000 DKK). The maximum coverage applies to the aggregate deposits held by a depositor with a bank, even if those deposits are in different accounts, including client bank accounts and own accounts.
The lawyers of Fabritius Tengnagel & Heine are subject to the Danish Bar and Law Society’s monitoring and disciplinary system and the rules ensuring the proper practice of the legal profession, cf. section 126 of the Danish Administration of Justice Act. Furthermore, we are assigned to the Code of Conduct stating the rights and duties of lawyers.
